What is the best way to contact you?

What are your hours of operation?

We work between the hours of 9am and 5pm PST, Monday through Friday. If we are unavailable by phone please send an email including both your reason for contacting us and the best means of reaching you and we will get back to you as quickly as we can.

What kind of payments do you accept?

We currently accept:

PayPal: VolcanicMagic.com is fully integrated with the PayPal payment system. We reserve the right to only ship to your confirmed PayPal address.

Credit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

How long does it take for my order to be mailed out?

We strive to have all orders mailed out within two(2) business days of payment clearing.

How long does an order take to reach me?

We have two different shipping methods:

• United States Postal Service:

• (Domestic)We are located in Washington State. Orders will take up to 7 days depending on how far away you live.

• (International) Shipping can take up to 21 days in some cases, but typically takes 7 to 14 days. Our apologies for such a wide range, but we have no control over the postal system.

• How are shipping costs calculated?

• Shipping costs for either UPS or USPS are based entirely on the weight of your package, the distance it has to travel, and how quickly you wish for it to arrive.

• What are the duties or taxes for importing goods into my country?

 

Due the the different and constantly fluctuarting rates of various countries, we do not have information on what your duties or taxes on imports will be. We strongly recommend that you check with the appropriate agency in your country to find out what your cost or responsibility may be, as VolcaicMagic.com is not responsible for the cost of duties or taxes that your country may charge for your shipment.

 

How often do you post auctions on eBay?

 

We attempt to have eBay auctions running continuously throughout the week. Our auctions will be posted under the username volcanicmagic.

 

Are you planning on selling any games other than Magic: the Gathering?

 

We do not currently have plans to sell any other games.
